Our products, which are obtained from animal protein following a deductive process of enzymatic hydrolysis, result in maximum digestibility by eliminating the existence of several factors affecting appetence, growth and the conversion index, and this makes it ideal for weaning piglets.

Palbio 450 TRP
An atomized product with a gross protein content of 65-70 %. It is recommended its use in pre starter fodder. It is ideal to strengthen growth, conversion index and food consumption during piglets’ early stages.

Palbio 411 TRP
A mixture of protein with highly digestible grease, plus corn wheat. It has a low content of crude fibre. It is recommended for use with Starter fodder. Provides protein and energy to strengthen growth, conversion index and piglets’ fodder consumption.

Palbio 415 TRP
Product with characteristics somewhere between Palbio 450 TRP and Palbio 411 TRP. It contains 50% of crude protein and 6% of crude fat.

The IRTA and the School of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering of Lleida, (ETSEA), have conducted several tests to evaluate the efficiency of these products. The main conclusions of these studies were:

- Palbio 450: “it is a protein material of great interest to feed piglets, with the particular characteristic of great appetence”.

- Palbio 410: “a 5% addition of this product to a starter’ ration for piglets allows us not to include fish wheat. There are not significant differences in relation to growth and conversion indexes productive parameters”.
